Yoga of the Death | ONLINE LIVE RETREAT

When: 14 - 16 Apr 2023

Teacher: Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche

Dying is an essential part of our life. We all will face death no matter how fearful many of us may be. Preparing oneself for death is one of the most powerful, liberating and worthy things we can do. It reduces our fear of dying, increases our appreciation of life and helps us see death as an incredibly powerful opportunity for liberation for it is at the moment of death that we experience our true nature, the clear light state of mind.

In this Online Live Retreat, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche will teach us about the cycle of ‘death – intermediate state – birth’, talk us through the death process, and teach as well as practice with us a meditation for the moment of death so that we can practice it during our lifetime.
